What is PSA?
Prostate-specific antigen (PSA ) is a protein made by cells inside the prostate.

DRE is a physical examination by a doctor using a lubricated, gloved finger.

Prostate gland continues to increase in size until the age of 70, so it is advisable to continue taking the tablet until you are symptomatic.

Yes. It depends on age of the patient and genetic risk.

Yes, Women tend to get urinary tract infections more often than men because bacteria can reach the bladder more easily in women. The urethra is shorter in women than in men, so bacteria have a shorter distance to travel.

  • There is blood in your urine.
